Right now, before reading further, take your own four readings. Seriously — this page will wait.

Breath location: ______ Hands: ______ Thoughts: ______ Urge: ______

Now diagnose your current color from the fingerprints above…

Check your result against how today has actually gone. Does the color make narrative sense? A morning of deadlines should show blue-orange traces; a weekend afternoon might legitimately read green or yellow. When the reading matches the story, you have just performed clinical-grade self-observation — the skill every method ahead depends on…

One more pass: think of the most difficult person in your life. Run THEIR likely dashboard. What color do they live in? Notice whether knowing their color changes anything about how their behavior lands on you. Often the shift is immediate: it is very hard to take orange personally once you see it as an alarm rather than an opinion.

Conclusion: you are now carrying a five-second diagnostic for being human. Use it on yourself hourly this week. Color-naming alone begins settling systems — because what can be named can be navigated.

If you feel flooded: feet on the floor, eyes open, name five things you can see, breathe out twice as long as you breathe in. That is skill, not failure. This site is education, not therapy — in crisis, contact local emergency services (US 988 · FR 3114 · QC 811).
